Windows face backyard, active firefighter station nearby-occasionally smoke enters room. Thin walls allow for noise to travel. I was kept awake by a neighbor snoring.

Location: the hotel was very close to the train station or the city center, the Schevchenko park and 2 subway stations and various bars and restaurants. I tried some drinks at restaurant Star Bars, located 5 minutes walk away.

The stay here was very comfortable in the same holiday. Got well-maintained and nice looking room with fridge and microwave, kitchen, as for instance - always come in handy. The location was good, minutes from a cathedral and an opera house.

The location is good, but I can't believe the rude staff! A shoehorn would have been a lovely touch, but of course, that's not worth mentioning when you're treated like a nuisance. I expected a complimentary gesture for putting up with such inconveniences, but I guess I woudl ve been out of luck. Just couldn't recommend this place.
